Using SignalSpect

• SignalSpect is intended for business and professional use. You must be 18 or older and must own or control the website on which SignalSpect is installed, or be authorized to act for the person or organization that owns or controls it. SignalSpect is not intended primarily for personal, family, or household use. Sole proprietors, freelancers, consultants, creators, nonprofits and other professional users may qualify when their use is business or professional; incorporation or an LLC is not required.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and access, the accuracy of site details you provide, and your use of the SignalSpect snippet. Contact support if you believe your account has been misused.
• Do not use SignalSpect to collect sensitive information, to monitor sites without authorization, to interfere with the service, or to evade collection, entitlement, rate-limit, or security controls.

Customer Website Notices

Install SignalSpect only where you have authority. Provide appropriate privacy notices, establish any required lawful basis, obtain consent where applicable, configure privacy exclusions, and comply with laws applicable to your audience and use. Do not intentionally send sensitive information. SignalSpect does not provide consent management or automatic legal compliance.

Membership And Billing

• The current membership is one SignalSpect membership at $9.99 per month, billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe until cancellation takes effect.
• Creating a sign-in account is separate from activating a paid membership. Membership access begins when SignalSpect confirms an active subscription. After activation, add a site, install its snippet and check that activity is received. No particular finding or time to useful evidence is promised.
• The membership provides an individual customer workspace with website observation, relevant findings and selected supporting evidence. The application supports multiple owned sites; it does not currently provide a team invitation or seat-management workflow.
• Checkout and billing management are hosted by Stripe. SignalSpect currently supports Stripe-hosted checkout and Stripe Customer Portal access.
• The current product does not offer seats, event credits, recording credits, overages, annual billing, subscription pause, or a trial in the application.

Cancellation

• Cancellation is scheduled at the end of the current Stripe billing period and stops future renewal. Access continues through the already-paid period.
• When the paid-through period ends, membership access and collection entitlement end unless the membership is resumed or a new active subscription is created.
• Cancellation does not delete account, site, Focus Area, finding, evidence, replay, or billing records. Site deletion and account deletion are separate actions.
• To cancel, use Schedule Cancellation in Billing or manage the subscription through the Stripe billing portal. If you cannot access these controls, contact support. Ordinary cancellation does not create a prorated refund for the already-paid current period. Duplicate or erroneous charges may be corrected, and refunds required by applicable law remain available. Contact support about a specific payment concern.

Data And Content

• You keep responsibility for the websites and information you provide to SignalSpect.
• SGNL HOLDINGS LLC owns the SignalSpect software, SDK, service, interface, and documentation, subject to applicable third-party software licenses.
• SignalSpect may process account, site, billing, event, derived finding, and selected evidence data as needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Deletion And Termination

• You may delete a site or request deletion of your SignalSpect account data from the product where those controls are available.
• Site/account deletion removes the associated product data and saved evidence. It does not cancel Stripe billing or delete the Clerk sign-in identity. Cancel billing separately before deleting account data if you want future subscription charges to stop; a later sign-in may create a fresh empty SignalSpect account. Minimal deletion records and separate provider records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
• SGNL HOLDINGS LLC may restrict or end access as needed to protect the service, enforce these terms or respond to misuse or abuse. If SGNL HOLDINGS LLC permanently discontinues SignalSpect before the end of a prepaid service period, we will refund the unused portion of that prepaid period.

Availability And Support

• SignalSpect operates production monitoring and operational checks. Interruptions, blocked collection or unavailable evidence can limit the service. No uptime percentage, uninterrupted-service promise or analytical-outcome promise is made here.
• Findings and before/after comparisons reflect observed evidence and its limits. They do not establish causation. You remain responsible for your business decisions; SignalSpect does not automatically act on your behalf.
• Customers can contact SignalSpect at support@signalspect.com. SignalSpect does not currently publish phone support, live chat, support hours, or response-time commitments.
